Order terms

These terms apply to purchases from Cabinets Enterprises LLC, doing business as Cabinets Discount Warehouse (“CDW”).

Orders and payment

Orders must be submitted through CDW’s online ordering process. Full payment is required before an order can be processed. The payment methods available for an order are those displayed at checkout.

Review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order enters processing, changes cannot be made to the original order. Additional products must be placed as a separate order.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted promptly by phone or email and are not effective until CDW confirms them in writing. Orders canceled before pickup or shipment may be subject to a 10% processing fee for labor and preparation. Orders that have shipped, have been assembled for shipment, have been picked up, are in transit, or have been delivered cannot be canceled.

Approved refunds are normally processed within 1–3 business days to the original payment method. Posting time depends on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Returns, damage, and shortages

Cabinets, cabinet components, and accessories are non-returnable. Damage, defect, and shortage claims must follow the Return and Refund Policy. Visible damage must be recorded on the Bill of Lading or delivery receipt before signing. Concealed damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within 10 days of delivery with supporting photos. Claims are not accepted for installed products.

Sales tax and exemptions

Applicable sales tax is charged at checkout. Customers requesting an exemption must provide a valid resale certificate, tax-exemption certificate, or other government-issued documentation before purchase. CDW may verify all documentation before removing sales tax.

Commercial accounts

Approved contractor, builder, dealer, and business accounts may qualify for separate payment terms after prior written approval. Where separate terms are approved, overdue balances may accrue interest at 1.5% per month (18% annually), as stated in the account agreement.

Ownership

Products remain the property of CDW until full, cleared payment is received.

12-month limited warranty

For the original purchaser and normal residential use in the United States, eligible cabinets, hinges, and drawer glides are covered for 12 months from purchase against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Proof of purchase is required. CDW may repair a component, provide replacement parts, or replace a product with a comparable item. Replacement parts may vary because of product updates or availability.

The warranty does not cover normal wear; improper installation, storage, or handling; misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, unauthorized modification, water or moisture damage, extreme environmental conditions, natural disasters, or labor for removal, installation, or reinstallation. Natural variations in wood, grain, color, texture, hand-applied finishes, aging, and minor expansion or contraction are not defects. The warranty is non-transferable. CDW may require photos, documentation, inspection, or return of a product before approving a claim.
